Iternal Turnkey SI Platform release details

Compare the plans offered to your organization.

Organization owners and administrators can review the plans offered to their organization, which may be for individuals, teams or both. Plan benefits are described in product wording. New personal and team organizations begin on the default plan an operator selects for that organization type. Where an organization is on the default plan, the plan page offers an Upgrade action that opens the plans to compare.

See where your organization's AI comes from and what its monthly allowance covers.

Owners and administrators see the source of their AI and who chose it: the platform operator, the platform default or their organization. A monthly AI allowance applies to AI the platform provides, so organizations that bring their own AI providers are not limited by it. Where the plan includes bringing your own AI providers and no operator override applies, the source can be changed in the organization's AI settings.

See your organization's plan, its benefits and what each product can use.

Organization leaders see what their plan covers in product wording. Each product shows where its access comes from and whether it is suspended, and products the organization does not have are listed with a path to the plans that include them. That path appears where plans are offered.

Publish AI configuration as releases with rollback, and test credential rotations before activating.

Organization AI administrators can publish changes to AI configuration as releases. A published release reaches the organization on its next request, and a rollback publishes an earlier release again as a new one. Provider destinations that would receive an API key go through an approval queue, and a rotated credential can be tested against approved destinations before it is activated. This applies to organizations that set up AI configuration through configuration sets.

Invite people to an organization by email address or username.

An inviter can bring people into an organization by username or email address, with a role for each invitation. People suggested from the inviter's organizations are offered, and a private single-use link is also available where the deployment provides it. People invited by username see the invitation when they sign in, and the username must belong to an existing account.

Reach organizations and team workspaces by name, and use one account menu.

People reach organizations and team workspaces by readable, name-based addresses. Account actions are gathered in one account menu, and member and access pickers page through large lists.

Report a problem from the account menu and follow your own reports.

Report a problem sends a description, with technical details included by default. Reports go to the system administrators of the installation, and people can follow their own reports. System administrators see repeated occurrences of the same failure on a page as a single row. The report entry is for signed-in people.
