Guided Partner Onboarding in the Iternal Partner Portal
One guided path takes partner companies from joining the program toward selling Iternal products.
The October 11, 2026 Iternal Partner Portal release extends onboarding with further steps and guidance. The Iternal Partner Portal is where partner companies join the Iternal AI Partner Program, buy a plan and complete guided onboarding.
Partner leaders and sellers at resellers, MSPs and system integrators work through onboarding in the portal to get ready to sell Iternal products. Buying a plan and onboarding happen in one place.

Partner managers agree to the program terms and the mutual confidentiality agreement in a single step. A partner manager accepts one set of partner terms for the company with one checkbox, on the Welcome step or in a short step shown before payment. The terms include the mutual NDA and a short statement that the company serves clients. Partner managers at companies that accepted the earlier terms keep their access and see a notice that updated terms are available, and team members see that their partner manager accepts the terms for the company.
Companies that hold the Authorized plan or higher start their AI Blueprint Test Drive from the portal, where the Blueprint Builder is available to the company. Start begins the Test Drive from the Tiers and packages step or the confirmation shown after paying, and the partner signs in to the Blueprint Builder with the same Iternal login. Once the Test Drive has started, the portal offers a way to continue it. Each company has one Test Drive.
Partner managers who open the payment form without buying receive up to three reminder emails over the following days. The reminders follow the first time a partner manager opens the payment form for a plan, and they stop once the company buys. Each email includes an unsubscribe link, and an address that has unsubscribed receives no further reminders.
New Authorized partner companies get guidance on what to do next after buying. A company that buys the entry plan receives up to four short onboarding emails over the first weeks, each pointing to a next step, such as starting the Test Drive, opening the partner program or taking the knowledge check. The wording and next step change once the Test Drive has started in the Blueprint Builder. Each email includes an unsubscribe link, and the series ends if the plan ends.
Team members can see why checkout is waiting and ask Iternal to approve their manager request. A team member whose own Partner Manager request is under review sees that message on checkout and can ask Iternal to approve them, limited to once a day. When Iternal approves the request, the requester receives an email that leads back to checkout, or into the program if the company is already Authorized.
Partner companies see the Silver plan marked Recommended on the Tiers and packages step unless the company already holds a higher plan. Test Drive wording on the Welcome step and the Tiers and packages step suggests running it with a client you want to win or on your own company.

Legal and forward-looking notice
Availability of the capabilities described here depends on the customer's account, role, organization and workflow configuration, which features are enabled for the company, rollout timing, a supported browser and connection, and service load. Starting a Test Drive depends on the company's plan, allows one Test Drive per company, and depends on the Blueprint Builder being available to the company. Reminder and onboarding emails go to addresses that have not unsubscribed. Partner managers at companies with previously accepted terms see a notice when updated terms are available. Iternal reviews approval requests, and a request may not be approved. AI output should be reviewed before use. Third-party names are the property of their owners and imply no endorsement. Forward-looking statements about future features or timing are general in nature, are not commitments, and may change.
