Iternal AI Academy Lets Learners Build Practical AI Skills by Doing
Courses can include hands-on activities that give learners feedback as they practice.
The August 1, 2026 Iternal AI Academy release lets courses include interactive activities and adds course status labels, grouped navigation, and touch and keyboard support on learner screens. Iternal AI Academy is a hosted learning service where working professionals and their organizations build practical AI skills through courses and hands-on practice.
Enterprise learning and development leaders, team managers and organization administrators, and working professionals building AI skills get courses where practice comes with feedback and the chance to try again. Course labels show learners where they stand, and learner screens support touch on phones and keyboard navigation.

Learners build skills by doing, and get a clear result each time they try. Courses can include flashcards, matching, sorting, ordering, fill-in-the-blank, scenario decisions, reflection, triage and step-by-step walkthroughs. Matching, sorting, ordering, fill-in-the-blank, scenario and triage activities are scored against the course's answers with best-score tracking, and Try again appears when an attempt does not pass, while flashcard, walkthrough and reflection activities confirm the learner worked through them. Course Builder drafts can include activity slides alongside slides and prompt exercises, and ordering and sorting offer keyboard alternatives to drag and drop.
Learners whose accounts were moved carry their account and progress into the shared Iternal sign-in. On first sign-in, a learner who has not yet set a password receives an emailed link, valid for seven days, to set one. If your account was not moved, contact Iternal for sign-in help.
Learners can read their position in a course at a glance. Saved progress follows the learner's place in the slide sequence, even when a slide is opened from a direct link. Course cards read "Ready to finish" once progress is complete.
Learners move through the service by touch or keyboard, on desktop or phone. One menu groups learning, community and settings destinations, with the same destinations in a mobile drawer on phones. Course catalog filters are sized for touch on phones, and interactive controls show a visible keyboard focus indicator. Error notifications stay on screen until a learner dismisses them.
People with build-your-own-course access can make changes in Course Builder knowing what will happen. Start over explains what is cleared and that published courses are unaffected, keeps keyboard focus inside the dialog and returns it on close, and deleting a course points to Archive as the recoverable choice. On phones, starter topics, difficulty and visibility choices and the Build course button are laid out for touch.
People checking a certificate get direct help when a code needs another look. On the public verification page, a code that is not found stays in the box for editing, and the message beside the field is announced to screen readers and clears as soon as the code is edited. The verify button becomes available once the full code is entered, and submitting shows a busy state.
