Iternal AI Academy release details

See your streak, XP, weekly goal and a suggested practice course in one place

Learners see their progress and what to practice next in one place. On the dashboard, Today shows a signed-in learner's learning streak, experience points and the graded exercises completed against a weekly goal. Until the weekly goal is met, it can also suggest a practice course from core prompting skills.

Review the scoring criteria before you submit and how your work scored afterward

Learners see how an exercise is scored before they submit. Graded exercises that have scoring criteria show those criteria ahead of submission and show how the work scored against them in the results. Once a day per exercise, a practice run gives feedback, a hint and up to three guiding questions without changing the saved score or the course record. A learner who disagrees with a graded score can add a note to it.

Set learning track due dates and get a Monday email of tracks due or overdue

Managers set a due date on a learning track and receive a Monday email of what is due or overdue. In Learning Tracks, setting a due date assigns that track to the whole organization with that date. Owners, admins and managers in organizations that assign learning tracks receive the email when a track is due that week or already overdue, one email per person per week. Learners see assigned tracks with their due dates on Today.

Change member roles, suspend or remove members, and export reports as CSV

Owners and admins keep membership current from Members. They can change a member's role, suspend a member or remove a member, and the owner role is protected from these changes. Organization reports can be exported as a CSV file from Reports.

Invite colleagues by email and give referred learners an extended trial

Learners bring colleagues into the Academy by invitation from Referrals, and each invitation arrives by email where delivery to that address is available. The invitation leads to sign-in, and a new learner who signs up through the referral and is eligible for a trial gets the extended trial that the referral program offers when they start it.

Share a course through a public preview page

Teams can point colleagues to a course before those colleagues sign in. Active courses have a public preview page that shows the course title, a short description, its difficulty and its duration, with a sign-in prompt. Active courses are listed in the site map so search can find them, and the lessons stay behind sign-in. Learner-built courses do not have a public page.

Receive renewal notices and trial emails, and manage billing in Settings

Subscribers get notice before a renewal or a trial charge. Annual subscribers who are not scheduled to cancel receive a renewal notice ahead of their renewal date, and the trial emails that count down to the end of a trial state that the card on file is charged when the trial ends. If you start checkout while a subscription is paused or past due, you are taken to Settings to manage billing.

Work through role-based lessons with lettered steps, side-by-side prompts and scenarios

Learners in the older role-based courses get lesson formats that suit how those courses teach. Lessons show acronym frameworks as lettered steps and set weak and strong prompts side by side, and practice slides present their scenario and requirements for reading, without scoring. Multiple-choice questions keep the correct option hidden until a learner reaches a perfect score or has used the available attempts.
