Iternal Turnkey SI Platform, August 19, 2026: The release that carries this work adds product roles for team owners, product availability for organization administrators, and a stated reason when the Chat Assistant cannot be opened. The Iternal platform gives enterprise teams administration for the products their organization uses.
For enterprise IT, security and AI-program leaders who run or evaluate the Iternal platform, product setup is shared between two roles. Team owners in team organizations give product roles to members and groups, with an optional expiry. Organization administrators can review what their organization has for a product and where it is placed. Members see a reason on the Apps page when the Chat Assistant cannot be opened.

Team owners give a person or a group a product role, and can set the role to end after a number of days. Owners can inspect which direct and group role assignments could give a person access to a product. This applies to team organizations and their owners; personal organizations do not have it.
Organization administrators see which products their organization has and the workspaces a product is placed in. Administrators can switch a product on, place it in all eligible workspaces, or place it in workspaces they list by identifier. These steps narrow what the plan benefits include and never widen it. This applies to organization administrators.
A member who cannot open the Chat Assistant is told why. Reasons are given in terms such as no plan benefit, not yet activated, or not placed in the active workspace.
