Iternal Turnkey SI Platform release notes
Organization Administrators Keep Access Current and Products in the Right Workspaces
Organization leaders handle expiring access and product placement directly.
Iternal Turnkey SI Platform, September 14, 2026: Administrators review access due to expire, place products by workspace and compare AI options. The Iternal platform gives organization administrators a place for access, products and AI settings.
Access due to expire can be extended or revoked, and each product can be placed in the workspaces that need it. Platform-provided AI and the organization's provider options are explained side by side, with links to related tasks. What each person sees depends on their role and organization type.

Owners of team organizations see access that is about to expire and act on it. Access can be narrowed by product or searched by recipient, and owners extend access before it lapses, renew access that has lapsed, or revoke it, adding an optional reason. This applies to team organizations, for their owners.
Administrators with product-management permission choose workspaces for each product from a search, and turn a product on or off for the whole organization. Several workspaces can be selected together.
Administrators see how the platform's own AI differs from the provider options available to the organization, and reach configuration, usage limits, usage and requests from there when their role allows. The explanation does not report which option is active. Provider connections of your own are available where that option is included for the organization.
Organization owners administer Chat in their workspaces and AI at the organization level from the moment they become owners. Chat administration applies to owners of personal and team organizations, and AI administration applies where AI is included for the organization. Owners do not read other people's private conversations through this access.
People who belong to more than one organization or workspace compare and administer them side by side, each in its own browser tab. Selecting a scope opens that scope's overview. People who belong to no organization reach their user settings.
Chat explains why a feature is unavailable when the configured models cannot support it, and sending is unavailable while that is the case. This applies to deployments where administrators have set what each model supports.
No. Two newer Iternal Turnkey SI Platform releases followed this one. The latest is dated September 28, 2026: Iternal platform: Plan Comparison, AI Source Views and Invitations for Organization Leaders.
