AirgapAI Dell AI PC Trial Program Promotional Offers
Version: v1.0 — July 2026
These Offer Terms and Conditions ("Offer T&Cs") govern the promotional offers available to customers who register for the AirgapAI Dell AI PC Trial ("Eligible Trial Users"). These Offer T&Cs are incorporated into and subject to the Iternal Trial EULA. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Trial EULA.
§1 — Eligibility
- Offers are available only to Eligible Trial Users who have: (a) completed the AirgapAI Dell AI PC trial registration form with a valid Dell Service Tag; (b) accepted the Trial EULA and the Privacy and Data Sharing Addendum; and (c) not previously redeemed the same Offer under any email address or Dell Service Tag.
- One redemption per Offer per customer email address and per Dell Service Tag. Attempts to circumvent this limit (for example, by creating multiple accounts) may result in termination of the trial license under Trial EULA §7.2.
§2 — Individual Offer Terms
§2.1 AI Strategy Blueprint Digital Book (Offer 1 — iternal.ai/airgapai/airgapai-customer-downloads-dell)
- What: Free digital download of the AI Strategy Blueprint book.
- How to redeem: Click the offer link in the app, the companion toast, or a nurture email; provide your email address at the redemption page.
- Availability: While digital supplies last (effectively unlimited for a digital item; Iternal reserves the right to withdraw the Offer).
- Delivery: Immediate download link sent to your registered email.
- Warranty / Liability: Provided AS IS; total aggregate liability = $0.00 (Trial EULA §6.3).
- Expiry: Redeemable until the end of your Trial Period or ninety (90) days from your Activation Date, whichever is later.
- Non-transferable: Personal to your registered email address and Dell Service Tag.
§2.2 AI Academy 7-Day Free Trial (Offer 2 — iternal.ai/dell/academy)
- What: Free seven (7)-day access to the Iternal AI Academy platform.
- How to redeem: Click the offer link; provide your email address; access is provisioned within 24 hours.
- Day 8: Access automatically revokes on the eighth (8th) day unless you upgrade to a paid AI Academy subscription.
- Upsell path: An upgrade prompt is displayed on Day 7 and Day 8 of the AI Academy trial.
- Restrictions: No export or redistribution of AI Academy course content. The AI Academy platform terms of service also apply to your use of the platform.
- Warranty / Liability: Provided AS IS; total aggregate liability = $0.00 (Trial EULA §6.3).
- Expiry: Must be redeemed within your AirgapAI Trial Period or ninety (90) days from your Activation Date, whichever is later.
§2.3 100 High-Level AI Prompt Pack (Offer 3 — iternal.ai/free/prompt-library)
- What: Free digital download of 100 AI prompts curated for business use.
- How to redeem: Click the offer link; the download is delivered immediately.
- Warranty / Liability: Provided AS IS, with no warranty as to fitness for any purpose; total aggregate liability = $0.00 (Trial EULA §6.3).
- Use: The prompts are provided non-exclusively; you may use, modify, and adapt them for your internal business purposes. You may not resell the prompt pack.
- Expiry: Redeemable during your Trial Period or ninety (90) days from your Activation Date, whichever is later.
§2.4 Blueprint Builder Strategy Session (Offer 4 — iternal.ai/dell/blueprint)
- What: Access to build your AI strategy using the Iternal AI Blueprint Builder, delivered in partnership with an authorized Iternal partner.
- How to redeem: Click the offer link; complete the Blueprint signup form; Iternal will connect you with an authorized partner.
- Delivery: Iternal makes reasonable efforts to schedule a partner session within fourteen (14) business days of redemption.
- Partner terms: Your Iternal partner may have additional service terms applicable to the consultation session.
- Warranty / Liability: Provided AS IS; total aggregate liability = $0.00 (Trial EULA §6.3).
- Expiry: Redeemable during your Trial Period or ninety (90) days from your Activation Date, whichever is later.
§3 — Buy AI Assist Within 30 Days — Get 30% Off
- Discount rate: 30% off the applicable AI Assist license price.
- MSRP reference: AI Assist MSRP = $799.00 USD. Channel, partner, and street pricing will differ; the 30% discount applies to the applicable channel price in effect at the time of purchase, not necessarily to MSRP.
- Trigger: Available to Eligible Trial Users who purchase a paid AI Assist license within the first thirty (30) days of their Activation Date.
- Expiry: The Offer expires automatically on Day 31 from your Activation Date. No extensions. No retroactive application.
- How to redeem: Click the upgrade/buy button in the app or the companion toast during the first 30 days; the purchase is routed through your authorized Dell reseller partner at the discounted price.
- Channel: The discount is applied at the partner-quote level and is routed through your authorized Dell reseller partner. Customers cannot self-apply the discount via direct checkout.
- Price control; no guarantee: Your authorized Dell reseller partner — not Iternal — sets the final price you pay. Iternal reduces its own software price to the reseller by 30% in connection with this Offer, but whether and how that reduction is reflected in your reseller's quote is determined by the reseller. Iternal does not guarantee any specific final price and is not responsible for a reseller's failure to pass through the discount.
- SKU scope: Applies to the paid AI Assist license only. It does not apply to: Blueprint Builder subscriptions, AI Academy subscriptions, hardware, professional services, or any other product.
- Non-stackable: Cannot be combined with any other price discount, coupon, or promotional code. See §4.1 (Stacking Rules).
- One per customer: One discount per Dell Service Tag and per customer email address.
§4 — General Offer Terms
§4.1 No Stacking of Price Discounts
Only one price discount may be applied per AI Assist purchase transaction. Content Offers (the AI Strategy Blueprint book, the AI Academy 7-day trial, the 100 AI Prompt Pack, and the Blueprint Builder session) are not price discounts and may be freely combined with each other and with the 30%-off AI Assist promotion.

§4.2 Offer Expiry (Default)
Unless individually stated otherwise in §2 or §3, all Offers expire at the later of: (a) the end of your Trial Period; or (b) ninety (90) days from your Activation Date.
§4.3 One Per Customer
Each Offer may be redeemed once per customer email address and once per Dell Service Tag. Iternal reserves the right to cancel duplicate redemptions.
§4.4 No Cash Value
Offers have no cash equivalent. Offers may not be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
§4.5 Availability and Modification
All Offers are subject to availability. Iternal reserves the right to modify or withdraw any Offer, with notice provided via in-app notification, email, or an update to these Offer T&Cs.
§4.6 Liability
Total aggregate liability for any Offer = ZERO DOLLARS ($0.00). See Trial EULA §6.3.
§4.7 Governing Law
These Offer T&Cs are governed by the same law as the Trial EULA (§8.1 of the Trial EULA — Delaware).
