The AutoReports technology has broad applicability across many different fields, including sales team account planning, philanthropic organizations, investment underwriting and due diligence, legal depositions, electronic medical record review and more.

AutoReports make it easy for a user to create a predefined structure for data collection and interpretation and dynamically generate responses to unstructured data inputs, such as proposals, transcripts, and other text sources. 

AutoReports generate structured reports and documents for procurement, vendor evaluation, contracts management, and applications or grant proposals; among many other use cases.

Through a simple workflow and upload of a text document for analysis, a report can be to populate a pre-configured word document template. The system also supports other formats such as a spreadsheet or plain text file if desired, or displayed as a powerpoint file.

The output information can include the key evaluation questions requested, along with applicable formatting and styling defined by the evaluation team. 

Once the document is generated it can be downloaded and edited like any standard word document, spreadsheet or powerpoint file for continued use.
