Team owners and organization administrators run product access for their organization.

### Assign product roles to people and groups, with optional expiry, in Organization Access

Team owners give a person or a group a product role, and can set the role to end after a number of days. Owners can inspect which direct and group role assignments could give a person access to a product. This applies to team organizations and their owners; personal organizations do not have it.

### See which products your organization has and select the workspaces for a product

Organization administrators see which products their organization has and the workspaces a product is placed in. Administrators can switch a product on, place it in all eligible workspaces, or place it in workspaces they list by identifier. These steps narrow what the plan benefits include and never widen it. This applies to organization administrators.

### See why the Chat Assistant is unavailable to you on the Apps page

A member who cannot open the Chat Assistant is told why. Reasons are given in terms such as no plan benefit, not yet activated, or not placed in the active workspace.
